Washlyt™ Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Washlyt, we believe you shouldn't have to pay extra to keep your home hygienic. That’s why we offer Fast & Free Tracked Shipping on every single order—no minimum spend required.

1. Shipping Cost

• All Orders: $0.00 (FREE)

• Priority Processing (Optional): We offer a "Skip the Queue" processing option at checkout for a small fee if you need your sludge-busting tablets dispatched immediately.

2. Processing Times

We aim to get your order out as fast as possible.

• Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To keep our shipping free and our enzymes fresh, we ship directly from our fulfillment centers. You can typically expect your order within:

• USA / UK / Canada: 5–10 business days.

• Australia / Europe: 7–12 business days.

• Rest of World: 10–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

4. Full Tracking Included

Transparency is key. As soon as your Washlyt™ order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Number. You can follow your package's journey from our door to yours via our [Track Your Order] page.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Washlyt is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during the checkout process.

6. Missing or Damaged Items?

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the estimated window, don't worry. Contact our support team at support@washlyt.com and we will investigate immediately and send a replacement if necessary.
