Return Policy

At Washlyt, we want to ensure you have the best tools for the job. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have [30] days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items received after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging (bottles must be sealed/unopened).

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Liquids: For safety and hygiene reasons, any cleaning chemicals, soaps, or waxes that have been opened or had the safety seal broken cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Gift cards.

  • Used microfiber towels or mitts (for hygiene reasons).

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, Washlyt will provide a pre-paid return label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

  • Rejected: Items that are used or damaged by the customer will be sent back at the customer's expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@washlyt.com
